You're trying to mix up a plugin for TB! and NAV-2002 general 'Transparent
proxy work' already done w/o TB!. Ignore The Bat! plugins interface for
virus scanning. Leave them out, don't care about them.

You NAV is already scanning, regardless what e-mail-client you're using, IF
this client connects to a mail server on ports 25 & 110 (default).

You don't need additional scanning in The Bat!, unless you do _exactly_
know what you're doing and might missing with deactivating NAV-2002
background-network-scan.
