Your point is a matter of perspective. Personally those who sit on the
side of taking control of others PC, then using it for DOS attack or
other malicious purpose should be behind bars without access to any
PC. I don't care what country they live.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over it, but until the international
legal community can get on the same page the sleeziness will continue.
Probably won't happen because politics involved. What this does do is
create demand in the security software market. As a final thought I
have read somewhere where the AV software companies were actually
working with hackers who wrote virus/trojan programs. It was never
confirmed. <g>
