No; see my reply to Jonathan.

If it is a *list rule* that the PM address must be the TO recipient
and the list must be the CC recipient, then of course my suggestion
does not apply.

In that case, I would creeate a quick template for the list, and this
quick template would start with the %Clear marco. This is what you
manually invoke in order to override the AB macro from the recipient's
AB entry.

I am not sure whether this can be automated:

If cc recipient is list
   invoke qt "list"
else
endif.
