Highlight bit you want quoted, hit F4, or Reply ;)

There was an email a while back about a recursive wrapping marco that
may help a little. Unfortunately the %WRAPPED macro only works on the
first paragraph, so you'd have to make it recursive to get all of it.
Another suggestion would be to:

  a) Decrease TB! wrap point by a couple of characters
  b) Increase GPG's wrap by a couple of characters
  c) Turn off GPG's wrapping.
