Ok... Ok... ;o) but pasting should be CTRL-P with "P" being paste. ;o)

This new Reply Template is creating some strange things on my System. For
one, all quotations have the double quote prefixes instead of the usual
single prefix; All hard returns act as double hard returns; There now
exists 3 extra blank lines between where I want the cursor... one line
below the end of the quoted text... and where it is now.

I have a feeling that is all due to the RegEx, but I have no idea where to
even begin trying to trace all that out. :o(  Here is my Reply Template in
case there is something in there that is causing it, but I've never had a
problem with it before this. As for the RegEx, I copied it as a QT exactly
as you had written it.
