under home directory it has "D:\Documents\Mail"  not default... Should I
make any changes here?

I have deleted my account.flx file.  I noticed that there is no "account
folder which should be called Alaeddin Muntasser" but all the folders are
listed there that should be within the account folder.

I performed the rest of your instruction and <Ctrl-Alt-Shift-L> retrieved my
folders.  bt after restarting TB the problem reoccurred.
