Yes! This is the source of your problem. This is the level at which
global folders appear - the level at which the TB global settings
configuration files exist.

Here's a key maneuver... ^^^

If you change the setting in the properties then the account folder
should be automatically created and the mail folders moved.

Yes - and it will continue to do so until this anomaly is cleared up
somehow. I thought there was something like this in the way.
