You could first try to contact the distributor you ordered the CD at and
ask about the state of your order.
Additionally you could drop a mail to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, explain your
situation, what e-mail-address you used to order/register and how to solve
this problem; they might be able to help you quickly or describe what
actions are necessary.
