I haven't heard this before. Many people use TB and NAV together.

You can write to them directly, maybe the address does tell them
something. It seems to be always the same address, right?

I get the idea a CRC check on the downloaded file (full install) would
be good. If correct, I would do a reinstall. Since you are using
anti-trojan protection (I don't know how good NAV is in this
department), I wouldn't say you have a spoiled TB file, but I wouldn't
rule that completely out. Or maybe the malware (if there is any) is
trying to disable NAV, and that's what causes the access violation?
