Are you sure you have a "display name" selected for all your
entries? I think I remember having that problem once when I entered
in an address but didn't have a display name in the address book
for that entry. I think the auto-complete keys off of the display
name for doing the auto-complete so check that let me know if that
helped. I haven't run into TB not recognizing an e-mail address for
auto-complete in a long time.
Another pet peeve (and maybe there is a way now that I haven't found
about) is you should be able to enter multiple e-mail address for a
user and then by doing ctrl-+ on an auto-complete for that recipient
it would cycle through these addresses. It's really silly that I
have to create an entire new entry for a user just so that I can
have an another e-mail address available.
