Hi Richard, Don't panic it just a steap learning curve, but once you're trough :-) Some basic filter stuff: - You need to determine a UNIQUE filtering characteristic that does not change over time. The simplest being the email address a person. For a mailing list this could be part of the mailing address like we do for this mail list. It is recommended you filter for [EMAIL PROTECTED] presence in the kludges. Kludges are that part of the email address that is used for routing and addressing the mail and which is not normally visable. You can have a look ate it when ou press F9 (try this now) All the text before the actual email address is called "The kludges" Hope this helps ;-) -- Best regards, Gerard -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Programming is like sex; one mistake and you have to support it for the rest of your life. -- Michael Sinz, Commodore-Amiga Inc.
