It's a website where you can read messages via a html page. It's comparable to the current archive (see: http://www.mail-archive.com/tbudl@;thebat.dutaint.com/ ), but with the possibility to post messages. Compare it with a crossover between hotmail and the list-archive. Depending on the settings and the used program the board can be accessed with logging on or with logging on with a personal account. IMNSHO It's a waste of time and effort.
