Clearly.
I have been using The Bat! for 10 days now, on TBUDL about a week,
lurking for a few days and Posting the past 3 or 4. I have read every
Post, even those miles above my head. What a great group!

Who uses The Bat! ? In a sort of intuitive analysis of my fellow
Posters, I seem to see mostly Pros or else professionals in other
fields who are knowledgeable about computers through their work.

There may be some more retired grandparents like me, homebodies.
In a way, I wish there could be a survey to find out.

And even I came to it because I had been mentored in my early computer
use by my son and daughter-in-law, who are professionals in the academic
end of the computer world. (I probably know just enough to be
dangerous. <g> )

The Bat! will be great for easy-listening music lovers as well as
devotees of Baroque (to continue the musical image). Just need to
find a wider way to share it.
