If both formats are available then it's up to users where they choose to go for help - no-one is demanding that all the great people on list devote even more time to a forum as well. Those who want to use it and support it will do so regardless and those who prefer the list will stay here and do their stuff - and those of us who like both formats will frequent both as and when time permits.
