Hi all, The last couple of days I've been thinking about changing how my mail is filtered because at the moment, it's far from efficient.
I've therefore come up with a new plan and want to see if it is possible and I hope to manually trigger it as and when I want. All mails will originally start in my Inbox. The criteria is as follows; 1. Any new message received to the inbox to play a set sound, but this needs to ignore messages regarding TB!, as listed below 2. Parked messages not to be filtered 3. Unread messages not to be filtered 4. Flagged messages are to be deleted 5. Read messages are to be filtered to their respective folders 6. All this to be run manually from one hot-key I can work on the individual mail filters to each folder, but want to know how to trigger a selection of filters together. Any mails regarding TBOT, TBUDL and TBTECH will automatically go into the relevant folder and play a different sound to the rest of the mails.
