The "advanced" tab of the Sorting Office will have most of the
controls you're looking for.  The read/unread switch will not be
there, because you address that in the type of filter you use.  For
example, a "read" filter will, by definition, not filter out unread
mail.  Just be sure that you also set your account options not to mark
a message as read when it is still in the preview pane.

FWIW, people's preferences are different, but I don't really think
that the setup you described is the most elegant way to do what you
want.  Instead of manual filters, consider making more extensive use
of "read" filters.  Instead of flagging messages that you want to
delete and then filtering around them and then deleting them, just
delete them after they're read, if you are going to read them, or
leave them unread.  Then, after everything else has been filtered out,
simply empty the folder all at once (context menu or Ctrl+Del).  As
for the parking, it all depends on why you're parking; if it's to
archive or move the messages, you can do that with filters, too.
