There's no single hotkey provided by TB! for you to do a refilter
operation. The closest you could get is to assign the filter a
shortcut under the options and enable 'check selected messages
against filter rule'. When you're ready to filter, just do a CTRL-A
to select all the messages in the folder and then hit the filter
shortcut.

If you have a macro creation tool, you can make all this into a
macro and achieve it in a single key stroke.
