Pete,

You could set TB! to check you mailbox periodically and if it's able
to connect in it'll send what's in the outbox as well.

To do this you need to go to Account � Properties � Transport, then
tick the box marked "Combined delivery" at the bottom (this will
enable TB! to send mail and check for incoming mail at the same time).

Then go to Options � Mailbox Checking and tick "Periodical checking
each" - and set a number of minutes in the up/down selector box.  This
will set TB! to go off at pre-set intervals to check for mail. If it
can't connect it'll just log the fact (Accounts � View Log) and if it
can then it'll send your queued mail and fetch anything new for you at
the same time (and still log the fact! ;-).
