You asked in another branch of this thread for alternate
suggestions. Here's what I do: if a message needs a follow up, I hit
reply and immediately park it. My outbox contains several parked
messages, which are the replies I have yet to write. That way I
never overlook anything.

I don't know if that way of doing it might help you.
