I've bought a no-name scanner recently too. It has a "one touch
e-mail" button too and in settings dialog only Lookout Distress is
shown, unchangeable :-/ The "funny" part is: the program for OCR, the
image editor and every other stuff can be changed, only e-mail-program
cannot.
Happily this function seems to make use of MAPI, so The Bat! is
started when I'm using this function.
So maybe you're into the same trouble? OE is shown, but when setting
TB! to be _the_ MAPI-application it's used albeit not indicated in the
first?
