Hi Victor, I really should se this to automatic on exit because all your mails pass through your inbox even if they are move to an other folder they will leave a copy in the inbox file. On the positive side I do not think this is the cause of your problem. I had this happen to me with on beta version. It just started doing this. I would only occur if you minimized the connection center.
