They have enough test community and will not be open to new users until they need more. All myrealbox users are subject to downtime for testing, etc. fastmail.fm is the best I've found... Here's what they have (option wise) and cost.. the servers are exceptionally fast when retrieving mail via pop too. I have been working with it for over a year.. My opinion of all the different web based mail systems is this is sleek and functional. When using my free account, I don't notice any obnoxious ads and no popups.
