That is all correct but you should also have the POP3 - Mailbox Server
running. You should have another entry like:

- POP3 - Mailbox Server, status:  <accepting connections on 110>

Have you configured the POP3 Server? If yes, then go to Tools / Start
Service and select POP3 - Mailbox Server. You should now see it as one
of the active connections. If you do, try collect news (mail) with TB.
If all works now then probably the cause is that you did not select
"Enable at Startup" for the POP3 Service (Options / Services / POP3 -
Mailbox Server / Properties).
