hmm, not sure I want to do that with HTML, I don't think it is necessary
to change that, since I added the open "*.HTM" to the file type menu.

I deleted the NOD32 entry, left AVG.

ok, I'm not sure I understand. In TB you can add plugins. I don't have
NOD32 installed, I just had the plugin setup in TB. I am using AVG as my
real time scanner ( I guess), it is my default anti-virus program that
runs all the time and scans my system every night.
