When I try to find the problem on a system, I go by process of elimination. And, by you not installing ZA and still getting the problem, then you know ZA is not the source of your problem(but for some on this list it was). Then you have to move on to the next step. If it's possible, disable the virus scanner to see if the problem still persists. If the problem still exists, then there's a good chance that it's a configuration in Windows.
