This is correct. However, I have always had TB keep attachment files
in a separate directory.  I also have them deleted when the message is
deleted (after having had the attachment file balloon unmercifully
before I discovered that option <g>).

What I really want is for TB to see that there is HTML, make an
attachmen of the HTML-written message, then make it go away all by
itself.  I read the messages in the preview pane almost all the time.
I just find that extra column with the attached file icon annoying.
It's not a big deal, but it would be cool if the HTML file could just
go away.

I think Thomas came the closest to understanding what I want to do,
and I'll have to settle for his answer.
