The best way to filter spam is first to filter those messages that
aren't spam.
So first you'll start with filtering mailing lists (in order to filter
effeiciently, filter the busiest first).
Then you'll go filtering senders that are known to you.
Then you'll check other known conditions for wanted mail. (This
sequence has my preference, but it can be switched)
Now you've got all mail that you expected, spam is always unexpected,
so it's what won't match your normal filters.
