Are you referring to the PGP signature? I and the other moderators
here agreed that we should PGP sign all our messages to the list. In
this way, our messages can be easily verified, especially one like
this. The only way you can be sure that it's really a message from
Allie Martin is to verify this messages signature and see if it's
signed using the same key that has been used to sign all my signed
messages to this list for the last 1-2 yrs. It's VERY difficult, if
not impossible to impersonate me onlist, and even more importantly,
off-list if I sign the way I do.

That would count as a derogatory remark. This is not allowed on the
list and worse, you direct it at a moderator.
