Hello tbudl,

I recently upgraded to Windows XP from 98.

Its all gone horribly wrong. I chose a fresh install
rather than an upgrade which means I have to reinstall
The Bat!. When I try I can get TB working in one user
account OK but when I try to run it in any other XP
account I get ---

The Bat!

Cannot access directory C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\user
name\"!C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\DESKTOP\MAIL"

I can't seem to find any special instructions for
installing TB on XP anywhere on the net and I
desperately don't want to be forced into using Outlook
as I've been a happy registered Bat! user for several
years and appreciate the benefits.

Any pointers please.
