I Upgraded to TB V1.62i using the account that worked ( all the accounts on the machine are currently configured with admin privileges ) and I still got the same error message as before. I then moved TB MAIL directory to be C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\MAIL, but still had the same messages appear when trying to run from another account. Final, I backed up all the accounts, undistilled TB completely and then reinstalled and am much relieved to report that all is well. All accounts can access mail. Trial & error triumphs again. Phew!! Thanks again. -- Best regards, Mike mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Using The Bat! v1.62i on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 1.62 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
