I'm not sure of that. Spammers IMO tend to set a false From:-address. I
have been the subject of such a so-called "joe-job", where a
(non-existent) address of one of my domains was set as the
From:-address. Not need to say that my postmaster@ address got 10.000s
of "user not found", etc. replies.
