Bouncing is almost never useful, as spammers don't use real (or their own) mail addresses for sending. Too much traffi coming back... Instead, be content with filtering spam mail into a separate folder. Now using SpamAssassin has gotten very simple. SAProxy is the newest version of pop3proxy for Windows. You can download it from http://www.bloomba.com/download.html (it's free) I use it and have no problem with spam anymore.
