Oh boy, not another top posting / down posting match now, please. I'll
just  do whatever you want me to. If you guys want it sideways I'll do
it sideways, if you want it backwards here it is: olleH nahtanoJ.
I'll  be  struggling  with  the  upside-down...  but  given a suitable
font...       :-)

Apparently,  the  default  behavior  of TB is to place all that (hello
line,  cursor  for  input,  cut  mark  and signature) at the top, so I
simply  used  it  as  it is - I assumed this is the approved way to do
things  TB  way,  if  the  developers  so  implemented  it.  Hence the
[undesired] result.
