Wasn't intended as some kind of order or such... just what is
preferred on this list I believe.

That is unusual. I know in replies it sticks the hello and such up the
top, but the %CURSOR macro appears appears below the %QUOTES macro, so
the cursor should appear below the quoted text if you tab into the
body of the email.
