Hi Chris, You should check the error log. This should give you an indication. I also use Postcast. This for one thing lets me see if TB! is actually sending mail. I have had a situation on about half a dozen occasions that TB! didn't send a certain email while simultaneously sending others. The sending process would hang at a certain email. I found that changing the content slightly (just adding a space most of the times) would cure the problem.
