Looking at your original message again, it might be helpful to clarify
what you are saying, before looking at the options.

When I first read your message, I assumed that TB was closing itself
down when you first stated the computer. However, you say that this
does not happen when you first start the computer in the morning.
>From this I guess you mean that TB runs fine the first time that you
run it when you start the computer in the morning, but then you close
TB down and start it again several times during the day. Is this
correct?

If it is, then I think that the problem could be that TB is not
shutting down properly, and that when you try to restart it, you get
the message because the previous instance of it is still running.

One thing that you could do, after you think that TB has closed down,
is to have a look in the Task Manager to see if it is still
running. You can run the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del and
then picking Task Manager from the options. Have a look on the
Applications tab, and you will see all the applications that are
currently running. Is TB one of them? What else is running?

This is not an answer, but an attempt to get some more background to
what is happening. Other people on the list will find the answer once
they have enough information!
