Hello, I encounter a strange behaviour. I have installed "The Bat" on two machines. On one machine it is possible to fetch mails per APOP. On the other machine not anymore. Some days ago I could, but suddenly it didn't work. So I created a new account on another machine - and there it works. The configuration (at least in the dialog boxes) are the same.
What could be the reason that I get back the error message "Auth Error"? Even a new installation on that machine didn't help. Are there registry entries I can check and change? Simple POP works perfectly on both machines. The passwords really are set correctly. I am really without any idea anymore.
