What happens if the server goes offline for whatever reason and then
receives mail from a backup mail server?  It's my understanding that
mail, in that case, comes in via simultanious connections.  Wouldn't
this mean that messages are technically received by the server at the
same time?  Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but in the case of
list messages, it could make sorting threads difficult as messages
would be out of order.
