Hello Peter,

Hmmmm, interesting comment. I've seen comments with regard to the help
file. These comments do not shed a positive light on the help file. Now
I don't know what the origin to these statements. I may start a debate
here, but I think it could be constructive.

Why do you state the German help file is much better when you don't have
one? Have you made comparisons in the past?

Anyway my point is not to single your comment out, but to raise an issue
with regard to the help file. If certain language versions of the help
file are better than others, than are some of the negative comments in
the past about the help file due to the language conversion, or what?

Is the help file written for an experienced computer user where negative
comments originate from less experienced users?

When/If V2 implements HTML email what level of computer expertise will
the target customer base be for v2 of TB?

If target customer of V2 of TB is much broader than in the past, than
does this require a re-write of the help file to be more in-line with
the target customer?

When you made the comment on the help file and since there has been
recent discussions on V2 in TBBETA, I thought it appropriate to respond
to the potential issue of the help file.
