Hi Craig, Although I've got no past experience with TB or RIT it has been apparent that their main talent lay in programming. Perhaps come September 1 the official news update will be happy. Frankly I can't imagine them locking you into v1.xx when your purchase was on the last official release of 1.xx and within such close proximity to a new release. Seems equivalent to them shooting themselves in the foot -- surly would create some noise in the reviews. In the short time I have been foraging for information about TB I have run across people who have written that RIT stated they would be getting a free update to 2.x due to the proximity that they registered v1.x. It's confusing at best, especially when the official word at the site at this time seems to be a little unclear. EG: "Within 2 months.." sounds to me like a generous offer to v1.xx users who may have been using/upgrading for free for years and really not saying 'those who bought within two months of v2 release..' Essentially I am thinking there may be translation/interpretation confusion. Considering other stuff I've read on the site, the emails I received from them and so forth it's been apparent that although it's in english, it's not the typical run of the mill american english that I take for granted and I find myself needing to read, reread.. Sadly I'm still confused... Part of which has kept me from having already registering TB!.
