I sent an email to Ritlabs last night about a free upgrade, pointing out that I registered on 27 Aug. This afternoon, I called cifnet, and they told me to fill out a form on their website explaining my situation. 2 minutes after I submitted the form, my 2.0 registration key arrived at my inbox.
