Thanks for the tip - didn't notice the right-click option before.
Unfortunately, the option is system-wide and not TB-specific.  What that
means is that if I set up the memo window to reside in the right side of
the preview screen (a logical place for it), as soon as I click on the
message the memo window loses focus and disappears!!

That doesn't make sense.

Are there are any plans to allow the memo window to be docked? That
would solve these issues.  If the memo window could be docked on the
preview window screen, then the ability to change the subject line would
almost become a moot point.
