Hello All, I hope someone can help me with this, so I re-post it.
I've the following problem: I have a filter in my sorting office for "read mail" and one for "answered mail" They both look the same: (see at the bottom of this mail) When I receive the mail I open the view folder, when I see I need to answer it I open a reply. (The view folder stays open) When the reply is send the message is moved to the desired folder. When I look into that folder: Map voor dinges There are 3 messages. When I do the above and select that the view folder will be closed when answering mail there are 2 messages (one answered one viewed).
