Not sure... but you didn't mention which one goes in which folder, and
if you have any other filters.  The reason I mention the "other
filters" thing is because of this one line:

> Actions: faoContinueProcessing,faoAdvNoParked

You have the box "Continue processing other filters" checked. This
means that it'll run the mentioned filters on your email, then it'll
continue passing the email down the chain. This could result in an
email further down processing the email as well, and sending it into
the $KNOWN& folder. This would result in duplicated emails from what I
can see.
