In those cases where it's necessary to reply before the message is
being processed you'll need to take care that the messages aren't
processed by the 'read mail' filter. It's not the being processed by
the replied-filter that causes your problems, but the being processed
by both the replied- and the read-filter.
Your original post described two identical filters, one for read mail
and one for replied mail. However now you're telling me that some
really need to be replied before being processed. In that case you'll
need to be more precise in the conditions for both filters, the
conditions in both filters have to exclude each other.
