TB! usually has several ways to do one thing (hmmm...how many ways can
TB! change a lightbulb? :-)).  Anyway...

If you want to read each thread message by message, whether you've
already read some of the message before or not, here's *one* way...

First, you want to be sure the thread you want to read is completely
expanded:

Keyboard shortcut (without slashes): Shift/Ctrl/+

Then, just use the down arrow key to go from top to bottom, and the up
arrow key to move up through the messages.

You can collapse a single thread with: Shift/Ctrl/-

Or...

You can expand *all* threads in a folder with Ctrl/* (the * on the
number pad), then you can go up and down through every message in the
folder with the up/down arrow keys.
