Hallo Jonathan,

Just doing the obvious.
On the 'genaral' tab of the AB properties
  Gave the AB a name
On the 'LDAP' tab
  check 'this AB is associated....'
enter the server address and port number
  use '*' as search base
I used an LDAP server I had to log on, so I entered authentication
  data

On consulting the LDAP AB I had to enter a search condition. My
favorite search string was @ in the address. TB stores the search
results in the LDAP AB until the next search (exiting TB doesn't
matter)

Mind you, I didn't use Exchange, but that shouldn't matter, LDAP is
LDAP.
