Sometimes you use BCC and sometimes you don't? You are sending two
messages which are the same? My suggestion is you standardise this.
for example, always BCC to yourself.

Then, leave the outgoing copy in the Sent folder, i.e. don't use an
Outgoing filter. Use only an Incoming filter. This way, you ave the
message only once in the list folder.

Would that work for you?
