Well thanks anyway. I have no pressing need for IMAP at the moment, but Blogstreet lets me try out RSS feeds at the same time as IMAP. I have been following your trials and tribulations with IMAP and appreciate your reasoned responses and comprehensive analysis. The way the problems with IMAP crop up it seems there may be a likelihood that it is the difference with the IMAP servers that accentuate the problem. Is it possible to find out what server you are connecting to?
