Make sure that you have an address book enabled as the default for
adding/delete addresses in that way. So open the address book and
right click on the address book you wish to add addresses to. Go in
the properties and enable:
"Use this book as default for ADD/Delete operations"

When you add an address, it's the groups for the default address book
that are listed in the group selector. If there's no default address
book defined, nothing shows up.
